Founder and Managing Partner
As Founder and Managing Partner of RevolverCap, Mr. Wallach leads the sourcing, structuring, underwriting and execution of the firm’s investments, as well as the overall management of the firm. Mr. Wallach has deep and diverse experience and relationships within the credit and bank debt markets. Prior to establishing RevolverCap, Mr. Wallach was a portfolio manager at B Asset Manager, LP (BAM), creating and leading their publicly traded high yield/special situation portfolio, and sourcing and managing investments across the capital structure. Prior to BAM, Mr. Wallach spent a decade at WL Ross & Co., most recently as a Managing Director and senior portfolio manager focused on high yield, distressed and special situations. In this role he invested in various strategies including capital structure arbitrage, relative value, deep value, event driven, opportunistic credit and alpha shorts. Mr. Wallach’s background includes experience as an Investment Banking Analyst and Associate at JP Morgan Chase, where he focused on M&A, general corporate finance, and high yield loan trading. Mr. Wallach holds a B.A. in Economics from Yeshiva University.
